I found this article over on BusinessInsider fascinating and wanted to share it. I looks like Jordan Belfort, the guy who "The Wolf of Wall Street" is based on (played by Leonardo DiCaprio) is doing some moonlighting as a real estate guru of some kind, but I don't quite know the angle.

The sad thing about this is that so many people will cough up the cash to listen to this blowheart because they did not come to BP Nation first! Too bad for them as they will find out the hard truth, making money in RE takes work, dedication, and some real life knowledge, not just some cliche words.
