I'm looking for the name and author of a real estate estimating book that Brandon listed in his webinar of "How to analyze a fix and flip deal". As I recall he also provide the pdf slides from his presentation, but I can't locate these. Can anyone help with the book information.

I think you mean "The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs" by J. Scott. If you go to the Education tab, it is in the Books section.

If you order it from Amazon you have to pay for it but if you order 'The book on flipping' through Bigger Pockets, 'The book on estimating is included free.
