Hello BP friends!

I'm looking to purchase another investment property which leads me to Bellevue Washington DC - 200032.  I don't typically look at EOR but prices are crazy in NW and NE.  Any investors having any success there?  would you recommend?  I saw the write up in Washington Post two years ago but a lot could change since.  The other area i've been looking is deanwood.  If you had your pick, which do you see having more potential?

TIA!

I also do not prefer EOTR. However I think Deanwood is one of the better neighborhoods over there and Ive sold a few things over there.  Metro access, neighborhood isnt too bad, some development, some flipping going on.  Not as exciting as say Anacostia, but id say little bit lower risk as well.
