BiggerPockets Fan Family hoping to rent a home in Richmond

Hi, we’re relocating from Kentucky to Richmond (flexible August to October) with a toddler, newborn and 2 great dogs (vizslas). With such a competitive market (even for rentals), we’re proactively on the lookout for a 2-3 BR home with a fenced yard within 15-20 minutes drive of the Fan District. Budget is below $1800/mo. We have a licensed realtor in Richmond who can see properties on our behalf.

I'm a software developer and we are current home-owners, with great history of upkeep of a home, as well as DIY talents, as much as you need. Excited to get into our own rental investments one day. I would be happy to share more, just send me a message on BP.
