How are you using a CRM for your Real Estate investing? Which CRM are you currently using and which ones have you used before?

Morning Bobby, good feedback from a veteran @Patrick Jackson here.

Our company started on Podio as a turn key CRM for wholesalers, and we have since then built our own platform with our own in-house developers to make it very user friendly and intuitive.

We would consider ourself a seller lead CRM as our focus, with our process starting with connecting and integrating with your marketing tools (Cold calling dialers, texting platforms, websites like Carrot for example). From there, you're managing your KPI's for sales and marketing (Cost per lead, cost per deal, how many offers/appointments/contracts your making), and managing the follow up with your leads both manual and automated; as in follow up calls and drip campaigns.

Thats how InvestorFuse views a CRM, something simple to capture all your leads where we do all the back end tech set up, and intuitive to manage all the follow up with your leads from solo teams to teams of 10+. You can also manage buyers and other contacts, but our focus is always on the seller side

Are you using any CRM currently? Happy to help you out or anyone coming across this thread
