Been looking at property management software and not finding exactly what I want. Has anyone used one they are liking here are the things I am looking for:

Software for a medium sized portfolio but growing 25-100 units

Ability to send a link for pre-screening or a free application. I do my own background check so just want information like name, DOB etc

Ability to ACH rents for free for tenants

Ability to upload and e-sign my own lease as well as store/view documents like lease/moving checklists, etc for both tenant and landlord

Ability for tenants to submit maintenance requests

Ability to list units for rent on various platforms or a dedicated link i can send out
