anyone know a good site for basic market stats by zip over time?

Number of sales

Average sales per month

Months of inventory

Active

Pending

Median price

Average price

Days on Market

Markets I'm interested in: Denver, Dallas, Chicago, Phoenix, Las Vegas

Redfin.com has a stats section by zipcode, click the "stats and trends" tab on the map screen. 

I don't see anything on months of inventory though.
