online rental management software

I'm looking for a rental management program/app.  I have a couple mobile home park an some single family houses. I habe rentmanger online but I have never really cared for it or gotten the hang of it.  I would prefer to be able to do all of my management duties on my phone.  I want to be able to see how much is unit is making an how much each propertie is making or costing.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I use tenantcloud. Free website, online payments for just $9 a month. good tracking. Its a work in progress, but does the trick and has a lot of potential.
