Hi, I haven't posted in awhile, I would like to start collecting rent via an app, but I was wondering what the best one was for a small time (2-10 rentals) landlord? I am looking for a clear paper trail and multiple options for pay (credit card, debit, echeck, automatic withdrawal.) Thanks! Sam

Samuel Maclean I recently started using rentec direct to manage and collect rent via online. The costumer support is awesome and the website is easy to get the hang of. Also much cheaper then Buildium, which I used to use.

I just use Venmo. Not sure it has all the features you are looking for.

Cozy.co
I’ve become a huge fan. It’s quick and easy both for the tenant and the landlord. Free (unless the tenant uses credit card, then they pay a bit more). And there are some other newer features like tracking maintenance requests and expenses that you can use or ignore.

I like the fact that it’s specifically designed for the rental market.

I second cozy.co I've never used it, but I've only heard positive reviews from a lot of people. Never negative
