Thanks everyone for your comments about PIN 4. It is the year 2020 and still we have people who are claiming to find answers to our ongoing problem. How do we maximize the time time in finding leads? I just watch the video on Micro Flipping and they are charging 1500 for only 3 days money back return, not good enough if your product is so great. Thanks everyone, one thing for sure I do not have $1,500 dollars to throw away. Thanks again.

I purchased late November and thought it was going to be a game changer. IT has been total waste of time and money. Skip trace features make you skip trace one by one huge lists and take hours. Then you find out less that 10% of list has numbers and the numbers are wrong numbers.

Wow! Thank you all at BP. Your honest opinion and evaluation of a defective product and not standing up to even half of Ross proclames is so disappointing. I'm disgusted I have the payment page on up my screen right now, and was ready to pull the trigger waiting for my son to show up with his credit card. living up with the very expensive price and the lack of any real support, and not refunding hard earned money. Has really made me see Ross Hamilton in a totally different way. Undescribable here. Thank once again BP members seems to me that BP members are the only ones with integrity and keeping it real. Before I spend any of my sweat money there is only one place I look to. The members at BP. THANKS. This is actually very disappointing to me. Even more so thinking I have been following this man for a couple of years now. Very disappointed about the negative reports on Connected Investors I honestly hope Ross cleans it up and lives up to his word and provides these folks their hard earn money back proves me and the folks here wrong

I saw the PINV4 webinar from connectedinvestors first. I thought it was awesome but I couldn't afford it. Then I saw ReallyFlipNow which was $297 so I bought that. I am very upset because I spent my bill money to pay for this believing I would make the money back before the end of the month. I keep seeing so many craigslistings and I can't find a deal. I'm so angry. I've been trying to find a mentor to JV 50/50% with me so I can make my money back. I can't find a decent deal. I won't have money to pay my bills. This is stressful. I didn't know Ross Hamilton was selling a fraud product. My SS is $700 per month. I can't afford to loose this money.

Go to youtube; search Joe Crump wholesaling lease options. Crumps free videos are 100% enough to learn the tactics. IE go to zillow, search on just by owner sellers (uncheck the other seller types), start calling; would you be willing to rent for 9-18 months before I'll buy? Call every 3 weeks, all leads (keep track via some lead system, google sheets or ??) then learn how to find rent to own buyers that you hook up with the FSBO sellers willing to rent. Same for FSBOs in craigslist.
CI's PIN tool is not any better then the been around longer reww dot com Kent Clotheirs vacant lead and cash buyers lead gen tool. FWIW I have Propstream too, its the best public records (mortgages liens owners etc) soso MLS data and recent sales tool, can pull leads too.
Easiest is calling on folks who already said they want to sell, listed and FSBO, offering to rent. Search on and learn Lease Option and rent to own and wholesaling lease option, creative deal scenarios. Post covid will be a new wave of motivated sellers that creative solutions will be their best solution (rent then buy, take over their payments...).

Thank you for this thread. I was 50 minutes into the CI webinar and almost got tempted.
My alerts began rising when chat was filling up with comments such as "I'm In, where do I pay?", and when I started making comments such as "What day it is today?" and "Am I talking to real people here?" I received an automated message that in order to help me focus on the webinar my chat is disabled... needless to say, no one responded to none of my comments, and the chat was super active.
Bottom line - like everything else in life, If it's too shiny, it's fake. Great achievements are the result of great work.
Great weekend to all.

I have propstream.com and reww.com, reww for a long time, propstream now for about a year. I gave PIN a try for 7 days on their payment plan and canceled only 1 payment in. See my review on the above BP thread.
There is NO goose laying golden eggs!!! Every data source has problems like stale data, missing data. The business of aggregating MLS, vacant, public records (mortgage, lien, BK) etc is very very difficult. I don't fault these REI data agregators they are struggling to find clean data sources that is affordable. IE try signing up for Lexus Nexus, that will set you back. Corelogic also,,, so these data sources that are sub $99/mo are cheap in reality.
An adage that is lifted from contractors; you are better off with marginal materials and a top notch crew then best materials and marginal crew... In marketing its true that great data makes getting sellers to respond easier, but an investor who invests in 6-8 mailings, SMS touches over 8 mo to a year, consistently hits a list pulled once some 8 mo prior, repeat mailings, will get deals too. Its repeat, consitent follow up that gets deals. All of these tools allow you to pull lists. You can even buy lists at the same time as doing your mailings at click2mail.com, yellowletters.com etc. They sell absentee and vacant lists too. They probably work like lists pulled from these tools.
These newer tools tout "stacking" of problems that in theory result in more responses per marketing budget. This is very useful. After working with a few tools; the reality is that you might start with a county with 300k houses, after filtering for vacant, high equity, my house tyupe 3/2 >1970, a few other filters, the list is down to 200. LOL. The next problem is how well these tools help with notifying you of new adds to the filter, vs re pulling the whole list (dups included) each month.
Tip; these tools help with managing duplicates in merging lists: propertylistmanager.com and batchleadstacker.io and probably others. Yup more monthly fees.. This is the reality. You have to do lots of marking each month to pay for these tools and to get deals; follow up, follow up.
See the reviews on the other BP thread I linked above.

Has anyone used TIN V5 and can compare to v4? I re looked at v4 recently and there's nothing there especially when compared to propstream.com. I tried to use Ross's offer toward the end of this thread to demo v5 but support didn't go for it. I copied this thread and cut and past from Ross. Not blaming Ross or CI support. Most folks are just rrying to weasel so support is defensive by default. LOL I agree too.
So far propstream.com is the best all around data source, comp tool is ok, property details / MLS data is excellent. I use the mortgage / transaction history all the time. I know of no other tool that has mortgage/lien/BK etc data. Might be other tools just saying I don;t know of other dtaa services that are better.
I'm always wanting to demo other lead sources, tools as a process improvement effort which is why I'm currious what v5 delivers?

Omg, I'm extremely glad i was able to see this thread before i made that leap! I'm new and working on a tight budget and thought this would be an amazing all-in-one. Oh well, if it sounds too good, it probably is.

@Saj Rambob , it is just an app from Stewart Title. I think you have to be an agent to use it, at least here you do. Crazy, because all of the info is public record.

Darling... you got off EASY.
I’d love to know how CI would respond to your story.
Anyone know how we can get a class action lawsuit going?

Ok...so I'm one of those fools that bought into Pin5. It is totally useless, beyond teaching an expensive lesson. Much of their data is wrong - skip trace information are dead ends. I was searching pre-foreclosures, vacant listings and shadow properties. What is found is their pre-foreclosure list is between 4 months to a year behind. What good is a pre-foreclosure listing if the home was sold nine months ago and has since been rehabbed and resold on the MLS? It was the same no matter what type of data I was looking at. These homes were sold months ago. A total waste of my time and hard earned money. My advice would be to walk on and pretend you never heard of them.
