Rentec Direct vs. Stessa?

Hi, We have been getting things set up in  Rentec Direct for our 30 door rental business. We have the tenant portion going well and are working on the book keeping side of things.

One of the people in my BP Mastermind Group has just started using Stessa, and as sharing some of their screen shots for measuring 'property performance' which seem pretty useful, but I have not found the equivalent in Rentec Direct so far.

Have any of you done a deep comparison of the two and could share some thoughts?

Thanks, Dan Dietz
