Equity Happens book - looking to borrow and return

I've just learned about this book from a pair of seasoned investors and became very interested to read it. However, since it's out of print, it's only offered for sale for hundreds of dollars. I'm just reaching out to the BP community for any fellow investors who would like to share knowledge (that's the foundation of this community right??) and resources. I will gladly return the book in the condition it's lended to me after reading if anyone has a copy and is interested. I'm in Nashville, TN. I also have a number of REI books I'd be happy to share in return!
