general contractor recommendation

I'm out of state and looking at a duplex in west Virginia-.Of course, it needs some work:). Any help will be appreciated

@Alex Case since you are out of state you will need to create a network in the area that you are investing in.  This is a form of networking in a way but you have people all over the country here.  So go to facebook and do some type of combination of "Real Estate Investors West Virginia" or maybe "Real Estate Investors Charleston West Virginia" or some things like that.  There will be some facebook pages along those lines.  And then ask about property managers, insurance companies, general contractors, etc.  You'll need local people for this type of a thing.
