Windows and Exterior Painting contractor in Columbus, Ohio

It has been years since I have purchased a rental property, but I am getting back up to speed and have refinanced several of my properties so that I can be a cash buyer and have the necessary funds to do substantial rehab. It may be a while before I purchase a property, as I am finding little of interest on the MLS. I have just started exploring other sources of investment property leads.

As I continue my research, it seems quite likely that I will need someone to run the rehab process for me. 

While I am doing this, I also have a need for the windows on my home to be replaced and the exterior painted.  I am interested in finding someone who could give me a reasonable quote for the windows and painting on my home and complete the work, as this seems a great opportunity to begin to build a relationship that would be helpful as I complete purchases of my next few rental properties.

I am looking for someone in the Columbus, Ohio area, who might be interested.  My home is in Upper Arlington, has a stucco exterior, and the old aluminum windows.  I am leaning toward full window replacement instead of just the inserts.
