Advice for SFH/Duplexes housing market in far North East US?
What do you all think about the general housing market in the North East of the US. States like ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT is what I'm specifically referring to. Are any of these viable for the BRRRR method?

@Shawn Phillips yes, these are great markets. And the good thing about Bigger Pockets is that there are state specific forums here too. Post in a few of the state forums you are looking in and I think you'll find some good connections.
