I live in Hampton Roads, VA, but I am hilen to invest in any areas of Virginia that has potential. Anyone here for Hampton roads that want to share there experience and perspective of this area. Also, anyone here from Virginia that want to share potential areas for newbies.

@Kristopher Kyzar And the lot. Crawls have the potential to be remediated to reduce the cost of flood insurance. Slabs do not. Other things could factor in such as if there is mechanical equipment in the crawl.
