BRRRR and Cash downpayment
Hello guys and gals. I have 3 properties that i have payed 15% downpayment on each of the properties. I am going to buy at least one more before the year is over, but i hate putting up saved up cash for this. I know i can grow faster and/or buy bigger deals if i refinanse and use cash downoayment. Do some of you only refinance? Ifeel the BRRRR method can work, but i doesnt work fast enough alone.. atleast from my properties.. one is probably overleveraged.
What would be your advice for someone wanting to grow as fast as possible? My dream is to quit my jobs at the end of 2022.
