Greenville SC area property managers

I have a property in simpsonville and one in Anderson SC. We are looking for a property manager who can handle some light rehab and also manage these properties. I spoke to a few in The area but their agreements were extremely lopsided (I would have to indemnify them even if they knowingly broke the law). That of course is a nonstarter / dealbreaker when they refuse to make modifications.
