Buying vacation investment property.

I want to purchase a vacation rental in Florida that we can vacation to and rent out. Aside from finding a local agent, looking for properties, and locating a property manager.... Are there companies that specialize in making it more of a "turn key" experience?

I guess I am picturing a company that sells and manages vacation rentals.
