West Side of Houstion Market, Opinion Needed

I am looking for information on the area in west Houston bordered by

 the 69 on the East and south

Sam Houston Parkway on the West

The 10 on the North.

I can narrow it down if you PM me.

I am trying get another opinion(besides my broker) of a few neighborhoods in this area.  I would like to know from local residents what they think.
