Need an experience Austin tx appraiser to price a home in Driftwood area

greetings all,

I am looking for a recommendation for a new neighbor who is looking to sell their old house ( which is two years old) that is the following

2900 sqft home

High end build and finish out

Owner is looking to sell without agent and needs accurate comps from an appraiser who knows high end construction and materials.

Down side, there is not much close by 

Any qualified appraiser leads would be appreciated!
