Property Manager and handyman

I am a newbie and looking to buy 3-4 unit residential premises in New York in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties as well is in the Miami FL area.  My big problem is finding dependable property managers in each location as well as handymen.  Does anyone have any referrals for this in these areas or other recommendations on how to start putting together such a team.
