Know of any experienced buy and hold investors in dayton?
I might be moving to Dayton this spring or summer. I will be taking a year off college so that I can establish residency in Ohio. I'm thinking now would be a good time to actively pursue my passion. Do you know of anyone who I could learn from?

@Nicholas Patrick There are several that come to the Dayton REI meetup. It'd be a good place to start making connections with the local investors. If you can't make the next one, It's the second Monday of every month.
