Beginning Investor In Memphis

Hello Everyone, I am an aspiring investor in the Memphis area. The areas that I am currently focusing on are wholesaling and flipping, but also open to other suggestions. My long term goal is to own at least one apartment complex, so I am looking for avenues to build up enough for a down payment in the future. I also joined Memphis Investors Group last month, so I look forward to meeting the local investors at future meetings! I would love to hear advice and possibly connect with some of you to further my knowledge, especially in the Memphis area. Thanks for reading and hoping to hear from you all!
