I plan to start wholesaling in the coming months. I would love to be able to network with any of you guys so that I can get a better understanding of these areas myself to see what areas to target. Hey guys, I a m a new investor looking to wholesale properties. I am hoping to find some suggestions when it comes to marketing for my business. If someone could share the websites they use as well that would be great. I have seen sites such as Listability and Listsource suggested for buying lists and have seen click2mail suggested for mailing. All suggestions are appreciated!

Hello Again Everyone, I've decided to reintroduce myself because I felt my last thread was under the wrong topic. I am new to BP and investing as a whole. I live in the Memphis TN area and am interested in wholesaling and flipping. Because I am so new to this, any tips and suggestions would be much appreciated. Hello Everyone, I am an aspiring investor in the Memphis area. The areas that I am currently focusing on are wholesaling and flipping, but also open to other suggestions. My long term goal is to own at least one apartment complex, so I am looking for avenues to build up enough for a down payment in the future. I also joined Memphis Investors Group last month, so I look forward to meeting the local investors at future meetings! I would love to hear advice and possibly connect with some of you to further my knowledge, especially in the Memphis area. Thanks for reading and hoping to hear from you all!
