Looking for Marketing Strategy Suggestions

m a new investor looking to wholesale properties. I am hoping to find some suggestions when it comes to marketing for my business. If someone could share the websites they use as well that would be great.
I have seen sites such as Listability and Listsource suggested for buying lists and have seen click2mail suggested for mailing.
