Section 8 in Bridgeport?

I'm new to investing. My husband and I went to see some houses in Bridgeport today. It seems that there's a pretty large number of section 8  renters in the MF in the area. The return numbers are pretty good.  We are very interested in one of the houses. The realtor said the tenants have been there for quite a few years. They have been very good tenants and all that. What do people think of section 8?
