I am a California transplant and current agent and investor specializing in Johns Creek. We hold a monthly REI meetup on the second Tuesday of the month. When do you think you will be moving to the area?

@Micah Redden Between Jan-Jun some time.  We are interested in buying a foreclosure property and fixing it up and having it ready before we get over there.  Johns Creek was a nice area.  I liked the properties over by the athletic club.
