Pretty broad question but just curious as to where people have been finding success flipping around the bay(50-200 mile radius from San Jose) in 2017? Seems like there are quite a few places within a few hours driving distance.

With the market as competitive as it is, wanted to hear some feeedback from you bay area flippers?
