Virginia Conections and fellow REI
New to the REI world but not to building , construction management or sales. I would like to meet some Investors in Virginia.
I'm located in rural Va but near two lakes where property is selling at a premium and where the "local " homes you can pick up as holds or fix and flips with good margins.
