Hi Everyone,

My name is Richard Lachance and I am a huge advocate of Real-Estate investing. I have a pretty good understanding of the real estate investing strategies and I am trying to learn as much as I can as I go along. I bought a house a while ago and would like to expand my portfolio however I am always hesitant to make any major moves. It is my belief that the reason for my hesitance is the lack of first hand experience and behind the scenes type of knowledge.

I am here to offer my time and assistance for any active Investor in the Kitchener-Cambridge area to allow me to tag along and witness first hand how the magic is created. It will be completely voluntary of course and no compensation will ever be expected. I simply feel like my reading and studying has came to a peak and would like to get hands-on experience within the field. My strengths include organization, computers, communication and I also like to believe that I take well with other professional individuals.
