Looking for a Meetup in Charlottesville or Culpeper Virginia

Hey everyone! I've been trying to find a Meetup that is in an area that is convenient for me to frequent. I'm living in my first deal (in Charlottesville va, work in Manassas va) while I wait for the HUD contract to run out. So in the meantime I'd like to start developing contacts and actually talk to people that want to talk real estate haha

So being that I have about a 70-mile commute does anybody know of a real estate meetings in Manassas Culpeper Warrenton or Charlottesville that would be good for a new investor?
