Real Estate Attorney Question

Greetings Bigger Pockets community,

Can anyone out there recommend any Chicago area real estate attorneys that work on a contingency basis?  Specifically ones with a construction law background?

Second question...can anyone out there recommend a good construction law attorney that can help me write up a construction contract for clients and subcontractors?

Thank you so much!

@Steven Lowe Start with the AIA contract, then go from there. It is thorough and fairly balanced.
