Looking to meet up with some other locals to potentially find Dallas Fort Worth based investors to talk to, maybe once a month or so. I’m very green (just bought my first house hack reno 4mo algo) but I’m more than willing to trade my time to help you any way I can (virtual admin work, bird dog, etc) in return for know-how.

I work some nights and most weekends so I’ve got a lot of down time.
