Networking during COVID

Hi BiggerPockets Family! As always, hope everyone is well and healthy.

I recently listened to BP's latest podcast about maintaining relationships and how important they are to building wealth/connections. So my question today is how have you ladies and gentleman been networking and building connections during this time seeing as how meetups and social gathering are very limited? Especially those who are just starting off in real estate investing.

Any advice from ANYONE (not just rookies) would be greatly appreciated!!
