FHA in Salt Lake County?

Tim Hemmersmeier

Hi all,

I am looking to buy my first investment property in Salt Lake County as a 2-4 unit, FHA, owner occupied loan. I would love to talk with like-minded investors, agents, sellers, mortgage brokers, contractors, etc to learn more about your businesses & discuss my goals. If anyone has any recommendations on people to reach out to or wants to connect, reach me here & I would love to connect!

Thanks,

Tim

Hey @Tim Hemmersmeier, I would highly recommend that! SLCounty has some stellar 3-4 unit properties that would work with an FHA loan and this is a great move for your next investment!

As for agents, Grant Cieslak with Equity is a savvy and humble guy that could be a great asset.  Also, I've heard the SLCREIA crew is back at it and meeting again and Dominic, Matt Atkinson, and several of the other folks there would be awesome buddies to have and piggyback off of their spheres.

    Be well,
