Hello all! I'm a OOS investor trying to gain some knowledge about investing here in Memphis. My nephew been out here for a bit and say it the place to be! Trying to connect with a solid agent or lender. Been talking to a few but its like the dentist office......suckssssss. any help would be greatly appreciated!
