Is anyone have or are investing in Lancaster,OH? I see this and a cash flow opportunity. The appreciation of course isn't there, which I'm okay as long as I'm not losing any. Just wanted to here people thoughts or whats they are doing there!

@Gaby Liu please let us know who they are? And how it happen! I'm starting to look out there and I already see the shady people coming out the woods out there. They see that its a Californian investor and they see deep pockets. It's been a month now dealing with these guys and all I get is crap being sent my way. Just try to learn from it and keep pushing on. You got this!

@Robert Ellis thanks Robert, I have been suggested this and will do. I plan to traveling there very soon to meet my core people needed to make this happen!Luckily my brother just moved out there, so he'll be my boots on the ground when needed! Would like to pick your brain if you wouldn't mind!
