I am interested in finding a mentor in the greater Cincinnati, OH area. I'd like to find an individual whom I can add value to their real estate investment portfolio. I am competent in understanding the sub markets/neighborhoods in the city of Cincinnati. I have researched over 100 SFH/multi (1-4 unit) properties based on metrics of cash flow/GFR/1% rule/50% expense rule/cap rate.

I purchased my first property in September 2020 and look forward to purchasing another property no later than spring 2021.

I am eager to connect with passionate investors to see if our goals, personalities, timelines, and strengths are appropriate matchings.
