Can anyone recommend a General Contractor in Pittsburgh that does Flip Quality work?
I am closing on my first flip at the end of the month. I'd like to get multiple bids from contractors. I have 1 bid already that I can use as a guideline for others, along with pictures of each room and the outside.
I want a GC that will pull the necessary permits and do quality work.
