I'm a newbie to investing and BP. I have been listening to the podcast for almost a year now. I've been looking hard and think I found my first deal on a multi family in a B rated market.. I'm looking to reach out and build relationships with other investors. Maybe ask for some advice along the way and be happy to reciprocate the favor. I do own a pressure washing company on the side if anyone would need some work done or trade services.
