Brand New Construction - A Vacant lot and turned into this!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Building New Construction Homes is one of the most satisfying things I love to do! Seeing a vacant lot turn into this!

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Looking through the MLS, I let my realtor negotiate for me.

How did you finance this deal?

Bought the vacant land outright and the Build was through a Hard Money Lender

How did you add value to the deal?

Building a SFR on a vacant lot

What was the outcome?

Built the house for $125 a Sqft and on the market now for $684,900

Lessons learned? Challenges?

There are always new problems that comes up, but every problem always has a solution!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes, Jonathan Martinez with Lifestyle
