HELLO, IM NEW TO THE INVESTING GAME AND LOOKING FOR SOME ADVICE. IM IN THE PHILADELPHIA AREA AND HAVE JUST GO TO THE POINT OF MAKING OFFERS. I'VE YET TO GET A DEAL DONE, BUT AM NOT GIVING UP. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT GREATLY APPRECIATED. AS A SIDE NOTE I'VE BEEN IN CONSTRUCTION FOR 36 YEARS AND HAVE DONE OR SEEN JUST ABOUT ANYTHING SO IF I CAN HELP WITH ADVICE ON ANY CONSTRUCTION QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT.
