Townhouse fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $153,000
Cash invested: $200,000
Sale price: $475,000

This was an extremely challenging rehab, especially during the covid time period. It took 3 different contractors but we finally completed this project.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This was a big job and I wanted to challenge of bringing a completely derelict home back to life

Found this on MLS and my realtor negotiated the deal.

Yes, total gut and rehab

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Too many to list. The overall lesson I learned was never to give up. I had a ton of sleepless nights and worry but eventually completed the task.
