4/2 STR to be used for STR/MTR. 10 minutes to 3 major hospitals, 2 universities, tons of shopping.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Sleeper market, good house, decent return profile, and to rip the band-aid off on our first purchase.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
MLS, little negotiation.
Lessons learned? Challenges?
Furnishings are hard.
Work local - designers, vendors, etc.
Having local people on the ground (family) is invaluable.
