Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Louisville .

Purchase price: $164,500
Cash invested: $54,000

The nicest property (interior/remodeled) we had purchased in our REI journey. And in a very up and coming neighborhood. We didn't have to do much to rent it. And it's been a great income producer since! I wish all of our houses were as easy to rent as this one has been.
