Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $495,000

Currently living in one unit whilst renting the second unit. Our rent is roughly $4,300 a month. Tenants are currently paying us $2,050 a month to live in their unit, and they pay all utilities except for water, sewer and trash.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes. Issac Larson is our realtor and he was a huge help.

@Benjamin Sulka Oh congrats!! Hopefully you find a deal that has the same outcome! I don't have much experience by any means, but I'm happy to help if you ever have questions!
