My First Duplex Ful Rehab Cash flowing

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $35,000
Cash invested: $45,000

I bought this duplex and it was a full rehab. Then in the middle of the rehab a tree fell in the roof. But I make it work with my rehab crew.
