Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $90,000
This is a nice little 1 bedroom home that I bought to help out a 72 yr old man. His friend owned the home and passed away. The wife didn't want to keep the home so I bought it to help him.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I am always looking to increase my portfolio for buy and hold.

Commercial loan through a lender I have developed an amazing relationship with.
How did you add value to the deal?
The renter actually does all of the repairs and maintains the property
What was the outcome?
Current renter is a long term tenant and won't move out any time soon.
