Has anyone invested in a condo at The Resort at Governor's Crossing in Seviervlle, TN? We are staying here with family and it seems like a pretty nice place. Curious if anyone knows about the HOA, the net yearly profit of owning a condo, any thoughts on the place in general. Thanks

Hey Evan, local realtor in Sevierville. I know several of the owners and there are currently 9 for sale. They range from 225-399k, 1-2 bedrooms, approximately 550-1400 square feet, taxes are 1000-1600 depending on size, rental income ranges from 35k to 45k, "THE HOA FEE HERE INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, ELECTRIC, WATER, SEWER, CABLE, TRASH, PEST CONTROL, ELEVATORS, GROUNDS MAINTENANCE, BUILDING EXTERIOR, WI-FI, CABLE, COMMON AREA INSURANCE, & EVEN OWNER-RENTERS INSURANCE"
